Funding, Growth and Valuation
Moversfit LLC™ was initially founded and operated as a bootstrapped organization, with early growth driven entirely by product commercialization and internally generated revenues. During this phase, the company focused on validating product-market fit, establishing its supply chain, and achieving commercial traction prior to raising external capital.
Seed Round & Venture Capital
Following sustained revenue generation and operational validation, Moversfit LLC™ completed its seed-stage angel funding round, raising USD 2.4 million (INR 20 crore) from angel investors. This round resulted in approximately 5% equity dilution and reflected an implied post-money valuation of approximately USD 48 million (INR 400 crore). Capital from this round was deployed toward foundational scaling initiatives, supply chain expansion, early infrastructure development, and initial market growth.
Building on this momentum, Moversfit LLC™ subsequently raised venture capital (VC) funding, securing USD 5.4 million (INR 45 crore) from a venture capital firm. This VC round involved approximately 8.5% equity dilution and reflected an implied post-money valuation of approximately USD 63–64 million (INR 525–530 crore). Proceeds from this round were allocated toward accelerating operational scale, strengthening compliance and governance frameworks, expanding multi-country warehousing capabilities, and enhancing enterprise-grade go-to-market execution.
ESOP Pool
In parallel with external fundraising, Moversfit LLC™ established a 5% Employee Stock Option Pool (ESOP) as part of its long-term human capital and retention strategy, designed to align employee incentives with long-term company performance and value creation.
Following the completion of the angel and venture capital funding rounds, and after accounting for the ESOP pool, the remaining equity continues to be held by the company’s founding member, ensuring strong founder alignment, long-term strategic continuity, and stable governance.

Based on the company’s most recent internal assessment, operational performance, and enterprise-scale execution capability, Moversfit LLC™ currently reflects an estimated valuation of approximately USD 70–75 million (INR 580–620 crore). This valuation is indicative in nature and reflects the company’s current growth stage, market positioning, and forward-looking expansion potential rather than a public market or secondary transaction valuation.
Moversfit LLC™ continues to deploy capital with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, enterprise-grade execution, and sustainable long-term value creation. The company remains open to evaluating future strategic investment opportunities, including additional venture capital or strategic partnerships, where such capital aligns with its growth roadmap and long-term objectives.
