David Roberts
Director – Finance, Taxation, Accounting & Compliance
Board Member
David Roberts oversees the company’s complete financial operations, including financial planning, budget supervision, taxation, accounting, and internal audits. He manages all regulatory compliance requirements such as IRS filings, BOIR documentation, and FinCEN regulations while ensuring accurate legal reporting and strong financial risk management. His role also includes as ca/cpa (Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant) AND maintaining corporate financial governance to support the stable and transparent growth of Moversfit LLC.
Dr. Emily Carter
Director – Medical Standards & Clinical Advisory

Dr. Emily Carter is responsible for overseeing all clinical testing and medical product verification to ensure that every device meets strict healthcare standards. She conducts safety evaluations, manages quality control procedures, and ensures full compliance with medical guidelines and regulations. Through hospital collaborations and medical partnerships, she supervises the clinical accuracy and reliability of all equipment. Her role also includes reviewing and approving regulatory requirements for medical devices before they are cleared for distribution.


Michael Thompson
Director – Global Operations, Warehousing & Logistics
Board Member
Michael Thompson oversees the company’s international warehouse operations and manages the complete supply chain planning and logistics execution for all regions. He coordinates with global shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and other international networks to ensure fast and secure delivery. His responsibilities include maintaining advanced inventory systems, improving distribution efficiency, and supervising operational risk control. Michael ensures that Moversfit LLC consistently delivers high-quality medical products worldwide with reliable and timely performance.


Dr. Mark Edwards

DR. MARK EDWARDS OVERSEES CLINICAL RESEARCH AND MEDICAL PRODUCT INNOVATION AT MOVERSFIT LLC. HE LEADS ADVANCED MEDICAL TESTING AND CLINICAL EVALUATIONS TO ENSURE THAT EVERY PRODUCT MEETS STRICT GLOBAL HEALTHCARE AND SAFETY STANDARDS. HIS ROLE INCLUDES COORDINATING WITH HOSPITALS, DOCTORS, AND MEDICAL PARTNERS TO MAINTAIN HIGH LEVELS OF CLINICAL ACCURACY AND MEDICAL COMPLIANCE. DR. EDWARDS ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES AND HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, HELPING THE COMPANY ADVANCE ITS INNOVATION AND GLOBAL MEDICAL CAPABILITIES.
